About This Site

This is a referral website for foundation and structural work in the Joplin area. It is not a foundation company — it collects well-described service requests and passes each one to an independent local contractor, who does the work and deals with you directly.

What we actually do

Three things. We publish plain-language guides on foundations in this ground — the clay swing, the karst and mining history under the district, the crack patterns and what each means, and the sequence honest repair follows. We collect requests through the forms and the phone line. And we pass each request to an independent contractor working this area.

That's the whole model, stated plainly because you should know who you're dealing with: the contractor who contacts you performs their own diagnosis, sets their own schedule, prices their own work, and backs their own warranty. Confirm all of it with them directly — the guides tell you what belongs in writing, why two bids matter on structural work, and why nothing gets signed the same day it's pitched.

What we don't do

We don't dispatch crews, perform inspections, mark up the work, or take payment. We don't run pressure pitches. And the guides don't invent figures — where a cost genuinely depends on the house and the diagnosis, they say so and explain what drives it instead of quoting a number nobody can stand behind.
