What makes a request useful

Five things, thirty seconds: your town · the symptom in a sentence (stair-step crack at the northeast corner; hallway floor sloping; basement takes water every spring; driveway dropped at the garage) · when it appeared and whether it's growing · the house's rough age and whether it sits on a slab, crawl space, or basement · photos throughout, plus what storms do to the yard if water is involved.
